Most of our communication can be done through email and file-sharing, however, if there are items that you'd prefer to explain or discuss over the phone we can always schedule a call. The goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for you!

Lead time is about 3-5 business days from the time you send the necessary information for the rendering/drawing. If you have a deadline/meeting coming up please let me know as I am happy to work within that to a reasonable extent.

You can reach out at any point in your project, but many of our designers prefer to reach out for a proposal during the inquiry phase of their projects so that they can offer rendering services as an optional add-on to their clients. In this case they pass along the pricing to their clients often with their added procurement fee.
